Roger specializes in land and ranch properties, exceeding 100 million in sales in Pagosa Springs and surrounding areas.

Roger began his career in Real Estate in Prescott, AZ in the mid 70’s. Roger managed and owned Real Estate offices in Prescott as well as becoming branch manager for Midland Mortgage Company covering Prescott and Sedona AZ.

He married his wife Liz in San Clemente California in 1974. They have two adult children and three grandchildren. In 1983 Roger and his family moved to Pagosa Springs, Colorado and became a top sales person for Fairfield Communities. Fairfield transferred Roger and his family to Flagstaff AZ as manager of Fairfield Continental.

Roger and Liz moved back to Pagosa Springs with Fairfield Communities (now Wyndham Resort Properties) as Broker and Realty Manager. Because of family, business, and the love of the Arizona desert, Roger and Liz retain a second home in Scottsdale. Roger has been in Real Estate since the mid-seventies and retains Brokers licenses in both States.
